An 8bit tileset steeped in NES charm!

This is topdown tileset suitable to create RPG overworlds or strategy games, inspired by the old NES classics. It mimics the aesthetics of the NES and keeps the amount of tiles to a minimum to both make it easy to use and give it that genuine 8-bit feel.

The tile resolution is 16x16px and it uses the NES palette. This tileset pairs well with the following asset packs that also uses the NES palette:

Ah, I'll get that fixed. Thanks for the heads up!

Saw your tweet and this particular tileset really caught my eyes, I quite enjoy the aesthetic!

Hello! I was wondering if I could use some of this assets as emojis in discord.

Hi! Sure, I don't see why not.

Is there an option that you will add something to this one to make pack ready for making a strategy game from it? Buildings, enemies, player units?

I think that sounds like a good idea, I'll put it on my to-do list

Thank you
